I designed a full-page advertisement for placement in Gallery Guide magazine, produced for Andrew Stevovich: Familiar Faces, an exhibition at Adelson Galleries, March 24 through April 25, 2015. The exhibition presented figurative paintings by Andrew Stevovich and traveled to Adelson Galleries Boston, with a shared catalogue produced for both presentations.

Scope of Work

  • Design of full-page advertisement for placement in Gallery Guide magazine.
  • Coordination with the publisher on placement and production specifications.
  • Image preparation for print use.

Advertisement Deliverables

A full-page advertisement was designed for placement in Gallery Guide magazine, distributed to the publication's readership over the course of the exhibition's run. I coordinated with the publisher on placement and production specifications to ensure quality.

The layout draws on the visual identity established for the exhibition, applying its typographic and structural language to a single-page magazine format. The painting is given the central position on the page, with supporting text kept minimal so the work remains the focus.

Technical

I was responsible for image preparation, including color balance, cropping, isolation of artwork from backgrounds, and preparing files for print use.
