I designed the exhibition brochure for Andrew Wyeth: Seven Decades, an exhibition at Adelson Galleries presenting a survey of Andrew Wyeth's work across seven decades, drawing from private collections with many works never before exhibited publicly, on view November 18 through December 20, 2014.
A three-panel brochure was designed for distribution at the gallery, presenting works from the exhibition alongside an introductory text by Warren Adelson and opening reception details. A custom envelope was designed to accompany the piece, combining an introduction to the exhibition and artist with reproductions of selected works.
Scope of Work
- Design of a three-panel exhibition brochure.
- Design of a custom mailing envelope.
- Image preparation and adjustments.
- Coordination with the printer.
Deliverable
The brochure was produced as a mailable invitation and gallery takeaway, presenting an introductory text by Warren Adelson, opening reception details, and a tribute to the artist alongside reproductions of selected works, with mailing standards maintained for its custom envelope.
I was also responsible for image preparation, including color balance, cropping, isolation of artwork from backgrounds, and preparing files for print.
