The bird is rendered in warm tan and cream tones with pink cheek blush circles and a small diamond beak, its eyes closed in a content sleeping expression. A single curved tuft sits at the top of the head. Two small grey bubbles float beside it, a classic manga shorthand for sleeping. The character stands upright on small clawed feet with a cast shadow grounding it on the page. Thick confident line art gives the character a solid, plush quality.
A higher impact hero presentation was produced from a modified version of the illustration for use in certain contexts.
