I developed the visual identity and presentation and promotional materials for Mardi Gras Indians: Max Stern & Robert Freeman Exhibition, an exhibition at Adelson Galleries Boston.

  • Design of exhibition catalogue (print and digital).
  • Design of posters, invitations, and takeaways.
  • Design and coordination of print and digital advertising

  • Updated the website to reflect the exhibition, including content, imagery, and related materials.

I designed the visual identity for the exhibition, which was carried consistently across the materials shown in this portfolio entry. This includes typography, layout structure, and graphic language.

The gallery includes a freestanding wall panel installed in front of its street-facing window. A large banner promoting the current exhibition is mounted on the exterior side of the panel, making the display clearly visible to passersby before they enter the space.

Artscope

An advertising campaign was designed to run two full-page advertisements in Artscope magazine. I coordinated with the publisher to ensure accurate specifications and production quality.

Web

As the web developer for Adelson Galleries Boston, I updated the website to reflect the exhibition, including the homepage hero display. I incorporated the artist, exhibition, and individual artworks into the website’s data system, and integrated the catalogue’s digital version into a viewable web format.

Technical

I was responsible for image preparation, including color balance, cropping, isolation of artwork from backgrounds, and preparing files for print and digital use.
