I developed visual identity and associated design materials for Peter Reginato: Fiction, an exhibition at Adelson Galleries, on view June 4 through July 31, 2015. The exhibition presented Reginato's paintings, applying his established enamel paint technique to canvas.

Scope of Work

  • Development of the exhibition's visual identity.
  • Design of environmental graphics, including wall title lettering.
  • Design of exhibition invitation.
  • Design of full-page advertisement.
  • Design of exhibition catalogue (print and digital).
  • Development and maintenance of exhibition web presence.
  • Image preparation for print and digital use.

Visual Identity

A visual identity was developed for the exhibition and applied consistently across all associated materials. This established the typographic language, layout structure, and graphic approach used throughout the deliverables produced.

Environment

These materials were designed for installation in the physical space of the exhibition. In all cases I coordinated with the producer to ensure quality and accuracy.

Title Lettering

The exhibition title was produced as vinyl adhesive lettering and applied directly to the gallery wall.

Catalogue

A full exhibition catalogue was designed, running 60 pages exclusive of cover. The catalogue opens with an introductory text followed by a plate section presenting all works in the exhibition. I coordinated with the publisher to ensure production quality and accurate color. The catalogue was also adapted to a digital format for online display and distribution.
