
- Exhibition poster design
Development of the visual identity and presentation and promotional materials for Post-War Works on Paper, an exhibition at Adelson Galleries Boston featuring work by Fernando Botero, Roy Lichtenstein, James Rosenquist, Tom Wesselmann, Marcus Reichert, Stephen Scott Young, Donald Sultan, among others, and included over 25 artists in total.
As the primary designer for Adelson Galleries Boston throughout its operation, I worked within a consistent exhibition framework that all shows followed, structured to accommodate the physical space of the gallery and its presentation requirements.
Scope of Work
- Development of the exhibition’s visual identity.
- Design of exhibition catalogue (print and digital).
- Design of posters, invitations, and takeaways.
- Design and coordination of print and digital advertising
- Design of a flyer and takeaway card.
- Design of in-gallery graphics and signage

- Updated the website to reflect the exhibition, including content, imagery, and related materials.
Visual Identity
I designed the visual identity for the exhibition, which was carried consistently across the materials shown in this portfolio entry. This includes typography, layout structure, and graphic language.
Environment
Banner

- Exhibition banner design
The gallery includes a freestanding wall panel installed in front of its street-facing window. A large banner promoting the current exhibition is mounted on the exterior side of the panel, making the display clearly visible to passersby before they enter the space.
Title

- Exhibition title lettering design
The exhibition title lettering was designed for the gallery wall and produced as vinyl adhesive lettering. Example shown has it's background colored for presentation only.
Takeaway
I designed a takeaway card for every artist in the exhibition feature the exhibition introduction text.

Poster

- Exhibition poster design
A poster was designed to promote the exhibition in the standard format used by Adelson Galleries Boston. The size suited the key locations where it was distributed and also served as the website graphic for the exhibition listing.
Artscope
An advertising campaign was designed to run two full-page advertisements in Artscope magazine. I coordinated with the publisher to ensure accurate specifications and production quality.

Multiple visual email campaigns promoting the exhibition were designed and managed.
Catalogue
I designed and edited the full exhibition catalogue and adapted it to a digital format for online display and digital distribution.
Web
As the web developer for Adelson Galleries Boston, I updated the website to reflect the exhibition, including the homepage hero display. I incorporated the artist, exhibition, and individual artworks into the website’s data system, and integrated the catalogue’s digital version into a viewable web format.
Technical
I was responsible for image preparation, including color balance, cropping, isolation of artwork from backgrounds, and preparing files for print and digital use.
