I designed the exhibition brochure for Tristan Govignon: Journey, an exhibition at Adelson Galleries Boston featuring Govignon's paintings, sculpture, and photography, on view January 10 – March 2, 2014.
A 2-fold brochure was designed to accompany the exhibition, presenting a selection of the artist's multidisciplinary work alongside curatorial text introducing the show. The piece combines a director's introduction with reproductions of paintings, sculpture, and photography, laid out to be read as a folded takeaway or opened flat as a single spread.
Scope of Work
- Design of a 2-fold exhibition brochure.
- Design of a custom mailing envelope.
- Image preparation and adjustments.
- Coordination with the printer.
Deliverable
The brochure was produced as a printed takeaway for gallery visitors, presenting a director's introduction to the exhibition alongside reproductions of selected paintings, sculpture, and photography, with mailing compliance maintained for promotional distribution.
I was also responsible for image preparation, including color balance, cropping, isolation of artwork from backgrounds, and preparing files for print.
